Business Development Executive
SpotOn Productions, a 22-year-old, award-winning full-service video production and photography company, is currently seeking applicants for a full-time Business Development Executive.
This position will be responsible for soliciting and obtaining new customer sales as well as growing existing accounts primarily in the greater Cincinnati area.

As a Business Development Executive at SpotOn Productions you will:
- Be responsible for generating significant new business activity through lead generation activities including attending networking conferences, leveraging sales tools such as LinkedIn to conduct research, and other proven prospecting techniques
- Support prospects and potential clients in their creative processes and strive to define a creative vision and goal for each project at hand through value-based questioning and industry-leading recommendations
- Drive opportunities to closure by combining together your accrued knowledge of SpotOn's value proposition and consultative selling skillset
- Represent SpotOn Productions in a professional manner at all times, with the highest standard of ethics, and always putting the customer first
What we're looking for includes:
- A tenacious team player to supplement and grow our strong culture
- HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of business to business sales in Business Development or Outside Sales role
